I’m Tammy. A strategist, a builder, and a partner who cares about the people behind the work.

My career has taken me from growing businesses to large enterprises, across healthcare, education, financial services and technology. That breadth of experience helps me understand the bigger picture while staying close to what your team needs.

I bring a practical, personal approach to every partnership—connecting your goals with solutions that make sense for your people and your organization.

Beyond the résumé

A creative eye.
A human perspective.

My path started with art—and curiosity has stayed with me ever since.

Moving into psychology and organizational work gave that curiosity a new direction: understanding people and making complex ideas easier to use.

Outside work, I enjoy family time, gardening, exercise, travel and golf. There’s always something new to notice, learn or explore.
